Matt was born and raised in West Plains, MO. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in Music Education. In 1996 Matt entered the ministry and came on staff at First Assembly in 1997. From 1997 until 2006 Matt served First Assembly as Evangelism Pastor, Youth Pastor, and interim Music Pastor. After a year and a half of serving in Iowa as Young Adult Pastors, Matt and Erica returned to First Assembly as Senior Pastors in 2007. Matt and Erica have been married since 1999 and welcomed their first child, Brianna, to the family in August, 2009. Both Matt and Erica enjoy St. Louis Cardinal baseball and bass fishing.
Greg Sanders has a heart to see young people grow in their faith and experience Christ and His power. His wife Megan (pronounced Mee-gan) and He have been serving together in ministry for over a decade. Discipleship, passionate worship, evangelism and student involvement have been the trademarks of their ministry.
Pastor Tony has been on staff at First Assembly since April of 1999. In November of 2000, he married the love of his life, Angie. Together they minister to the kids of First Assembly as the Children's Pastors. Besides ministering in Power Church every Sunday morning, Tony & Angie are also involved in JBQ, Royal Rangers, Missionettes and other ministries of the church. In their spare time, they like to read books, work out on the Wii, and spend time with family.
Debbie was born on January 20, 1949 in El Dorado, Arkansas.  She moved to Jonesboro, AR in the middle of her first grade year.  She attended West School, and in the middle of her fifth grade year, she moved to South School.  She attended Annie Camp Junior High and Jonesboro High.  She also attended ASU for three years.  She got saved on December 2, 1979.  Debbie married Steve Lewis on August 29, 1980.  She first came to First Assembly in 1989, and began working at the church in 1992.

Megan was born in Penrith, NSW, Australia (hence the pronunciation Meegan, not Megan.) She has lived all over the United States, but she's happy to call Jonesboro, AR her home! She has loved music for as long as she can remember. She used to harmonize to her mom's vacuum cleaner and hairdryer! Megan met her husband and her best friend, Greg, at Southern Arkansas University. She taught special education for five years, but she is LOVING being in full-time ministry. Her black lab, Jeda, pretty much runs their household...she has more pictures of Jeda on her phone than of anyone else! She loves being here at First Assembly, and she is glad that God is letting her be a part of building His kingdom!

Jen Hutchinson
Jane was born and raised in Jonesboro, but she lived in Little Rock for a year.  She is married to Ronnie, and they have three sons. Justin lives in St. Louis, Wes lives in Little Rock, and Brian lives here in Jonesboro.  She has two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Josey and Chocky.  Jane also has two love birds, Baby and Rosemary.  Her favorite T.V. shows are Lost, 24, Nancy Grace, House Hunters, and Color Splash.  She loves to bird watch, especially in the spring!
Tim and Dana Kincade have 4 children (3 sons and 1 daughter.) Their youngest son, Hunter, still lives with them at home.  They also have a beautiful granddaughter, Katie, who lives with them.  She definitely keeps them young!  Tim and Dana own and operate the local PakMail store in Jonesboro.  Dana has a background in office management, and Tim operated a computer consulting business before they purchased PakMail.  Dana has been involved with teaching 4-5 year old Sunday school, and Tim currently teaches the Fellowship Sunday School Class.
Jennifer grew up outside of Baltimore, Maryland. In 1990, Jennifer began attending U of A at Fayetteville. In a period of two weeks she had been saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, and met her future husband. In 1996 she was married to Chris Hutchinson, a then campus pastor at Arkansas State University. They spent 10 years working with Chi Alpha, the Assembly of God mission work to the secular college campus. During that time they had three boys and really gravitated toward family ministry. Jennifer joined the staff of Jonesboro 1st in 2005 as the Nursery Supervisor. Helping parents guide their families into right relationship with the Lord is her heart's desire.
